Updated September 28, 2026. Dr. Value™ (Kennard L. Brown, LLC) uses information you choose to share to answer your questions, respond to business inquiries, and provide the Executive Assessment.

AI qualification chat

Your chat messages are sent to OpenAI through its API to generate replies. The agent may ask for your name, company, business email, business needs, industry, company size, decision role, and timing. A phone number, revenue range, and budget readiness are optional. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or confidential customer information.

Before saving a qualification record for Dr. Brown to review and follow up, the agent asks you to confirm its summary and authorize saving. The initial qualification score is a preliminary indicator, not a guarantee of service or acceptance.

The website uses your network address briefly to limit repeated chat and form requests. It does not include that address in the prospect record created by these forms.

Consultation request form

If you submit the form, Dr. Value stores the name, company, email, business need, and any phone number you provide so Dr. Brown can respond to your request. The form asks for your authorization before submission. That authorization does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Executive Assessment

The Business Alignment Index™ Executive Assessment is on a separate website. It asks for your name, email, optional phone number, company details, company size, and annual revenue range; 30 answers across 10 business pillars; and your primary business challenge for the next 12 months. It separately asks whether you want ongoing Dr. Value executive insights and marketing communications.

From your responses, the assessment calculates and stores an overall Business Alignment Index score and rating, scores for the 10 pillars, leading alignment gaps, completion details, and report data. Assessment information is sent to and stored in HubSpot. If you also interacted with the qualification bot, information from the bot database may be connected to your HubSpot record when you complete the assessment. Dr. Value uses this information to provide your results and respond to your request. Ongoing marketing communications depend on your separate assessment choice.

Service providers and browser preferences

The drvalue.net website and its prospect records run on Cloudflare services. OpenAI processes messages sent through the chat. HubSpot stores assessment data and provides the meeting page reached through “Meet with Dr. Brown.” The assessment is hosted on a separate platform. These providers may process information outside your country.

The accessibility controls save your display preferences in this browser’s local storage so they can be restored on your next visit.

How long information is kept

Dr. Value keeps information from the qualification bot, consultation form, and Executive Assessment only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Assessment records are stored in HubSpot. When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You may request deletion using the contact details below.

Your choices

You can decline optional questions and choose whether to receive marketing communications on the assessment. You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw marketing consent, using the contact details below. Rights and exceptions may depend on where you live.
